18jl3 Terms and Conditions — Rules & Guidelines for All Players

1. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 18jl3 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 18jl3 does not permit minors to access its services under any circumstances.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted. Players in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law are not eligible to register.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or be a person who has previously been excluded from 18jl3 or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. Providing false details is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.
• Only one account person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of 18jl3 policy and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

2. Account Responsibilities

Your 18jl3 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

• Never share your password with anyone — including friends, family, or people claiming to be 18jl3 staff. Our team will never ask for your password.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately at support@18jl3.best so we can take action.
• Account transfers — selling, renting, or gifting your account to another person — are strictly prohibited.

By using 18jl3, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person, and that you are not a professional player acting under instruction from a third party in a way that undermines the integrity of our games.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 18jl3 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please refer to the Deposit and Withdrawal page for current limits and processing times.
• 18jl3 does not charge processing fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. Any fees that appear on your end are from your payment provider (e.g., bank or e-wallet service charges).
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit, or to a verified bank account registered under your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Before your first withdrawal, 18jl3 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This includes submitting a government-issued ID and a selfie. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal requests held pending verification.
• Funds held in your 18jl3 account are not interest-bearing. The platform does not act as a bank.
• In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, 18jl3 reserves the right to delay or withold withdrawal processing pending investigation.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 18jl3 offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, referal rewards, and other incentives to players. All promotions are subject to the following general rules, as well as any specific terms stated alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players as defined in each promotion's specific terms.18jl3 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses at 18jl3 carry a wagering requirement. This means you must bet the bonus amount (or a multiple of it) before any winings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Expired bonuses and any associated winings will be forfeited without compensation.

• Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or placing bets that deliberately hedge to fulfil wagering requirements — constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for bonusfeiture and account suspension.
• 18jl3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on 18jl3 are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface. In addition, the following general rules apply across all games and betting activities on the platform:

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. 18jl3 does not accept requests to cancel or void bets after they have been submitted, except in the case of a verifiable technical error on our end.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (for slots and digital table games) or by live dealers (for live casino). 18jl3 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, 18jl3 will resolve the round based on the system's last confirmed state. Your account balance will be adjusted accordingly.
• If a game is voided due to a technical fault on the part of 18jl3, all bets placed on that game will be refunded in full to the player's account balance.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 18jl3. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any funds held in the account:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using18jl3 as a vehicle to process illegally obtained funds or to conduct any form of financial fraud is a serious criminal offence and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account person — whether under the same name, different names, or with the help of another person — is prohibited.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in card games and sports betting, is prohibited.
• Use of bots or automated tools: Using software, scripts, or any automated method to place bets or interact with the platform in a way not supported by the standard interface is prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider while your account is under normal operation is considered fraudulent. 18jl3 will pursue recovery of disputed amounts where fraudulent chargebacks are confirmed.
• Misuse of promotions: Exploiting bonuses in bad faith — including systematic low-risk hedging or using multiple accounts to claim the same offer repeatedly — constitutes bonus abuse.

7. Suspension & Account Closure

18jl3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the given time frame.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or harmful activity.
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Account inactivity for a period exceding 12 consecutive months.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (above the minimum withdrawal threshold) will be disbursed to your registered payment method after the standard verification process.

8. Responsible Gaming

18jl3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We want you to enjoy the platform safely and sustainably — not to the detriment of your financial health or personal wellbeing.

• Players can request deposit limits, wager limits, or session time limits through their account settings or by contacting support.
